Nyt koitan tällaista Baby Face nukkea voittaa huudollani :D Katsotaan jos tärppää, olisi kyllä ihan mahtavaa! Täytyy käydä katsomassa aina välillä, että jos joku huutaa korkeamman summan...
Pitäisi kyllä tuo edellinenkin pistää kylpyyn ja vähän tuunailla sen tukka. On meinaan aika käytetyn näköinen ja oloinen. Sain tietää Baby Face nukkejen Facebook sivulta, että näitä voi kylvettää ja tukan pestä, joten se täytyy jossain vaiheessa tehdä :)

I'm trying to get this lovely little girl from an auction site. Let's see if I get lucky :) I also joined Facebooks Baby Face page and got some tips that you can bathe these dolls and also wash their hair. I really need to do that to my Surprised Suzy since she looks quite used and her hair is all over the place.

Baby Face, Surprised Suzy

Tänään päädyin ostamaan sellaisen neitokaisen kuin Galoopin Baby Face Surprised Suzy. Näitä nukkeja myytiin vuosina 1991-1992 ja ne ovat kovasti keräilijöiden mieleen etenkin USA:ssa. Suomessa menekki ei ollut ihan yhtä hyvä kuin rapakon takana, mutta muistan nämä nuket kyllä omasta lapsuudestani ja tällaista kovasti silloin olisin halunnut. Noh, nyt yli 20 vuotta myöhemmin on tietysti parempi kuin ei koskaan :D

Today I ended up buying a little lady by Galoop. She is Baby Face Surprised Suzy. These dolls were sold in 1991-1992 and they are very much liked by collectors especially in the States. I remember these dolls from my own childhood and I always wanted one. Well, better late then never even if it is more then 20 years later :D

Ostin tuossa pari viikkoa sitten Animators Collection sarjan Lumikin ja Meridan. Tässäpä siis kuvia neitokaisista.

 Sitten tilasin nukeille uudet mekkoset tilaustyönä toiselta nukkeharrastajalta. Lumikin ja Tähkäpään villatakit ovat myös harrastajan käsialaa. Nämä tytöt on kyllä niin uskomattoman ihania. Ja huomasin, että hartsinukkejen MSD kokoiset kengät menee heille myös :P


I also ordered some dresses for my dolls from another collector. The wooly jackets are also made by another collector. I'm so in love with there girls. I also  noticed that MSD shoes made for BJD's are good size for these princesses as well :P

Tyttöjen nimeksi tuli/ I named my girls: Merri (Merida), Lumi (Lumikki/ Snow White), Aari (Ariel) ja Tähkä (Tähkäpää/ Rapunzel).
