Tiny Swap gifts received :)

Tänne saapui mukavasti samalla viikolla molemmat Tiny swapit. Kuvittelin, että joutuisin niitä odottelemaan pidempäänkin,  mutta aika nopsaan tulivat perille. Toinen sisälsi hatun ja mekon, ihan suloinen asu mutta jotenkin olisin itse ainakin lisännyt pakettiin vähän jotain muutakin. Se on jännä miten erilaisia paketteja noista swapeista voi tulla. Toiset laittavat juuri ja juuri minimin ja sekin tehty vähän niin ja näin ja toiset laittavat ihan uskomattomia paketteja tulemaan :D Tosin mitään isoa pettymystä ei ole vielä näissä swapeissa tullut.

This week I got two swaps from the Tiny Swaps on DoA. Lotta and Tiuku got very cute stuff and it's nice that the pakcages came so quickly even from USA :P I have to say that I haven't been dissapointed on the swap gifts yet, it's nice to get stuff from different kind of people and to see their handywork :)

Seuraavaksi onkin sitten tiedossa Oufit Swap sekä Around the world Swap. Toisessa on tarkoituksena tehdä asusetti, jotain sellaista mitä partneri on itse nukelleen toivonut. Around the World swapissa on tarkoituksena tehdä asu joka on ominainen omalle kotimaalle. Aion tehdä muinaissuomalaisen asun tuohon kyseiseen swappiin (tätä en kerrokaan på engelska, ettei vain partneri saa vihiä :P)

Next I will have the Outfit Swap and Around the World Swap. In the first one we are supposed to make an outfit that the partner has wished for and in the Around the World Swap we need to make something that is unique to ones country. I already know what I am going to make for that Swap, but I'm no telling anything yet :P

Easter swap gift!

Tänään saapui Ranskasta mukava pääsiäis ylläri. Paketti sisälsi suklaata, pääsiäisleluja, ihanan asusetin johon kuului myös laukku ja kaulakoru. Ihana swappipaketti <3

Today my Easter Swap gift arrived from France. It contained chocolate, Easter toys, a lovely oufit including a bag and a necklace. Such a nice gift <3

Easter swap I made

Eilen oli Easter Swap pakettini mennyt perille Australiaan. Omaani vielä odottelen saapuvaksi. Mukaan pistin kaikenmoista pääsiäiseen (kuten: Kortti, tarroja, koristeita, Hello Kitty pehmolelu, kissalelu ja pääsiäistipuja) liittyvää sekä kaksi pikkumekkosta jotka omin kätösin taiteilin :D

Yesterday mu Easter Swap present arrived to it's destination. Mine hasn't arrived yet, but I'm still hopefully waiting. I added all sorts of Easter related stuff to my package (such as; stickers, postcard, decorations, Hello Kitty plush, Cat toy and chics) and of course two little dresses that I made :)

Beginner's swap, Lotta's gift.

Tänään saapui Beginner's Swapin enkeliltä lahja Lotalle :) Alkuperäinen pari siis fleikkasi eikä lähettänyt lahjoja eteenpäin ollenkaan. Onneksi joku ihana päätti laittaa Lotalle kuitenkin lahjaa tulemaan :) Lotta saikin oikein kivan paketin joka sisälsi leluja, kaksi asua, pipon, namia ja tarroja. Toinen asu oli Lotalle liian pieni, mutta Tiuku päätti omia sen, joten mikään ei mennyt hukkaan. Etenkin tuo pehmohauva ja pikkuinen sininen koiruus olivat suloisia :D

Today arrived my Beginners Swap gift for Lotta. It was given by a Swap Angel since my original partner flaked on me. Lotta got a very nice present, it included; toys, two outfits, a hat, sweets and stickers. The second outfit was a bit too small for Lotta but luckily Tiuku likes it, so nothing was wasted :D We especially likes the toys!

Meikäläisen swappikamat ovat edelleen jossain yhdysvaltojen postissa taikka tullissa. En tiedä pääsevätkö koskaan perille, ja tuntuu aika V:mäiseltä suoraan sanottuna, joutua tekemään kaikki KOLME lahjaa uusiksi. Mutta minkäs sille voi, se on aina riski, etenkin kun ulkomaille lähettää postia. Nyt kestänyt jo yli 6 viikkoa ja postin mukaan pitäisi mennä 10-15 arkipäivää. Että se siitä sitten. Mutta toki mielummin teen lahjat uudelleen kuin, että parit jäävät ilman mitään.
Ihmettelen vain, että miten voi olla, että tosiaan kaikki kolme lahjaa jäivät jonnekin hillumaan. Yhden tai vielä kaksikin olisin vielä ymmärtänyt, mutta että kaikki kolme... Todella outoa.

Mutta jokatapauksessa, alan laittaa kuvia näistä swapeista joita itse olen lähetellyt, sitten aina kun kyseinen tyyppi on saanut lahjansa. Ihan vain varuilta, jos joku tänne vaikka eksyy ja näkee lahjukset ennenkuin on ne saanut :)

The swap things I have sent have still not yet gone to their owners, so the US. postal office is holding them hostage somewhere, or the customs. It actually pisses me off that I need to do all THREE gifts again, but what can you do, this is the risk you take when sending stuff trough mail internationally. And of course I want to make the gifts again rather then not send anything!  That would suck big time... I'm also wondering how it can be possible that all thoe three gifts were left somewhere hanging. I could understand one, or even two, but all three?!?! That just seems so odd to me.

Well anyways, I will put pictures of the swap stuff I have made, when they arrive to their owners. I don't want to take the small risk, that someone will com and read my blog and find their gifts here before they have gotten them :D

Lotta's day as a model

Lotalle tullut taas tehtyä vähän mekkosia joten pitää kuvaakin ottaa. Tyttö ei selkeästi ole kovin innoissaan kuvauksista :D

I made some dresses for Lotta so I just had to take pictures. As you can see Lotta is not as thrilled about the photos as I am :D

Lotta viihdyttää minua kirjoituspöydällä :P Päällä on lahjaksi mennyt huopamekkonen, mutta tietysti salaman takia sitä ei kunnolla näy (scheisse kamera).

Kokeilin pikkuiselle Lotalle tänään uudenlaista huopamekkomallia joka toimikin ihan hyvin. Hieman sotkuinen tulos tuli kun en käyttänyt reunojen ompeluun tarpeeksi paksua lankaa joka olisi näkynyt paremmin. Mutta ensi kerralla sitten tiedän mitä käyttää :)

I tried a new pattern for a felt dress that I made for Lotta. It was a really good pattern. I just need to use a thicker thread when sewing the edges so it won't look this messy. It should show better. But better next time :)

Holiday wishes!

Pari näpsyä Lotasta joka sai uuden Hello Kitty pehmolelun :) Tyttö tarvitsee ehdottomasti uuden peruukin, en vain ole vielä varma haluanko sille vaaleanpunaisen, vaaleansinisen vaiko ihan vain ruskean mohair-peruukin... Jää siis nähtäväksi :)

Just couple random pictures of Lotta and her new Hello Kitty plush :) She needs a new wig but I can't decide between pink, light blue or brown mohair wig... So that remains to be seen :P

Ihan pakko laittaa kuvaa koko  minun nukkekatraasta. Tästä puuttuu kaksi Disney Animators Collection nukkea, mutta ne eivät mahdu tuohon hyllylle vaan majailevat muualla. Muutoin tässä on kaikki Moxiet, Monster High nuket, BJD:t, Pullip, Lalaloopsy, Merida ja joitain pehmoleluja ihan vain, jottei nukeille tule tylsää :D

Fanni osallistui Ball Jointed Europe sivuilla kuvakilpailuun. Voittoa ei hellinnyt mutta kuva on ehkä paras koskaan ottamani kuva :)

Fanni partsisipated in a photo competition at Ball Jointed Europe. We didn't win but I feel this is the best picture I have ever taken of any of my dolls.

Toinen lempikuvistani on ehdottomasti Jokin Usva-Solinan kuvista. Tykkään neidin tyylistä niin paljon, että melkein mikä tahansa kuvakin on aivan ihastuttava :D Mutta tässä ehkä tämän hetkinen lempparini

Another favourite picture is of Usva-Solina. She is so cute that I usually like all her pictures but this is my favourite for the moment :)

Lopuksi yksi lempparikuvistani ihan vain siksi, että siinä on kaikki tämän hetkiset nukkeni (Emmaa lukuunottamatta!). Ei siis mikään kuvauksellisuuden helmi, mutta suloinen yhteiskuva kuitenkin.

Tänään saapui sitten kauan odotettu LaTin pikkuinen! Tämä nimenomainen nukke tuli siis oikein nopsakkaan, eilen ostin ja tänään noudin. Mutta olen halunnut LaTi nukkea jo siitä asti kun 2011 aloitin harrastuksen. Nyt on sitten yksi pidempiaikainen haave toteutunut :) Tyttö on siis Yellow linjaa Miel ja nimeltään Lotta :)

Today I finally got a LaTi tiny after a long wait. I didn't actually wait for this specific doll since I just bouhgt her yesterday and received today, but I have wanted a LaTi tiny since I started this hobby in 2011. And now she is here! So this is Yellow Miel and her name is Lotta :)
